Being wrong is tough, and working thoughtfully is difficult when met with deadlines and challenging business decisions. The team needs a culture of patience, trust, and a lack of ego to support a process of quick, confident delivery, and continuous experimentation. Every day, I aim to support an environment where these values thrive.

How I Started Earlier in a Poverty Family in Village?
I was born in a small village, in a family where poverty was part of everyday life. My early years were filled with hard work—I once drove a rickshaw van to support my family and later worked in a shopping mall just to keep moving forward.
But even in those moments, I carried a notebook, ideas, and imagination. I turned struggles into creativity, writing over 1,000+ poems and shaping a unique way of observing people and life.
That passion slowly evolved into design and psychology—fields where I could blend creativity, behavior, and problem-solving.
Today, I stand as a Lead UX/UI Designer, creating products that bring real impact to people’s lives.
Along the way, I’ve built my own philosophy, called Rakibulism—a mindset rooted in resilience, mindfulness, and designing with meaning.
My journey didn’t start with privilege—it started with persistence, hard work, and the belief that I could turn struggle into strength.
